About Me

I have worked in care and support in one form or other since 2005. I have worked with substance misusing female prisoners, supporting young people in a semi independent unit. I have also worked in the homecare industry for sixteen year and the last four years of that as as the homecare and social supporter business owner. I have a qualification in social science (Psychology and sociology) and a degree in Psychology so it is fair to say that not only do I have a wealth of experience and the qualifications but also the passion to build and deliver bespoke and person centred care and support packages for those individuals within the geographical areas covered by Rosso Support Solutions Ltd.

Availability

Homecare Session times are a minimum of 30 minutes, with is no maximum session time. Social support can range from 30 minutes to as many hours needed. For a full breakdown of cost please contact us on 07928 808869.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have the same carer every day?

Every effort will be made to ensure you have the same carer as often as possible. However, sometimes life can dictate that we must adapt. If a carer is ill, goes on holiday or experiences an unplanned life event beyond their control we will send you another carer. The carer we send will be familiar to you. They will have experience of working with you, know your needs and routines.

Times, frequency and duration of calls will be agreed between Rosso support solutions and yourself prior to your care package starting. We factor in travel time between service users so that calls do not overlap. If for any reason a carer cannot reach you on time you will be notified and advised of the situation and the reason for the delay. Openness and honesty is always our priority.

What happens when the regular carer is ill or on holiday?

We always ensure that several members of staff are involved in your care. We call this redundancy. This means that should your regular carer not be able to attend your home and complete your care session there will be another carer who you know and who knows you will attend to your home and complete what is needed for your care and support.

Are the carers insured?

Rosso support solutions Ltd carries public liability insurance. We also insist on our carers having business insurance on their car insurance. This means that you and your belongings are covered whether in your home or out and about.

Will I have a say in my care package?

Very much so. Rosso support solutions Ltd place a high value on your input to your care needs. We believe that no body knows better than you what your needs are. Your inclusivity is vital for us as a company. It enable us to deliver to you the best care and support you need. It allows us to protect your dignity and to make you feel heard, valued and included.
